Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 7 JUN 2022 meeting were reviewed. The minutes were not sent to
the email list to make them official, so the review and approval of minutes is 
postponed to the next meeting.

NEW ITEMS:

Bob Ross started a discussion of the parser development contract text. The 
section that normally lists BIRDs to include in the development could be 
revised. The paragraph talks about BIRDs, and then has a bullet point to say 
there are no BIRDs included in this work. A previous contract that included 
only bugs and not BIRDs simply did not mention BIRDs. The team decided that it 
makes sense to have a simple statement that there are no BIRDs in this 
contract. The description of BIRDs is not needed in this case.

Weston Beal presented a working document to discuss the quality specification. 
The team discussed the topics related to quality for level 4 simulations of 
power-aware models.
